Owner of Cajun Zen

Licensed Massage Therapist Lic# LA9391

Trained in Traditional Chinese Medical BodyWork

Certified Jivani Yoga Instructor

Warriors at Ease Meditation Instructor

Cajun Zen started in 2005 when Alex moved west in search of new beginnings, after battling years of depression and addiction. Here he was introduced to the ancient arts of yoga and meditation that helped bring peace and calmness to his life. After years of studies in 2013 Alex decided to travel east in search of deeper knowledge where he became an apprentice of Chinese Medicine at a clinic in Shenzhen China. After gaining a broader understanding into the worlds of Yoga, Meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Alex returned to Louisiana, with a desire to share his knowledge and give people an alternative to the modern medical model.

Our ancestors successfully treated many different forms of pain and suffering for thousands of years making ancient medicine the original medicine not the alternative.
